For Color Cagel, the 3-minute timer is recommended.Place one hand or foot into the Calgel digital UV lamp. The lamp is only big enough to hold one entire hand or foot at a time. You simply slide your hand or foot into the lamp's slot.Hold your hand or foot underneath the lamp's light for the entire period of time. The timer will notify you when the set time has elapsed and the lamp will automatically shut off.
